NAIL REHAB RESULTS: 2 WEEKS POST NAIL REMOVAL

If you followed my nail rehab recipe from my previous LTK post, these are the results after two weeks of consistent use! My nails have grown out the broken portion of the Nails and the nailbeds are almost back to normal. Honestly, it’s a night and day transformation.

I follow the recipe every single week starting with the nail serum and putting two coats of that on first. Wait 10 minutes and then apply two coats of the nail strengthening polish every day after, apply one more coat of the nail strengthening polish do this for an entire week And then take the polish off and restart!

Hypochlorous acid is my secret weapon after workouts at the gym, prior to any in-flight skin care I might decide to do, and can even be used on my dogs paws after walking around the city to eliminate any bacteria!

It’s truly a miracle chemical: helping alleviate everything from eczema, rashes, small cuts, and scrapes burns including sunburns, and breakouts. I’ve linked all of my favorite brands here that do an incredible job.

Additionally, if you haven’t tried peloton’s activewear line, you’re missing out! It’s honestly higher quality than lululemon and legit half the price. I wear this set weekly.

THE MIRCLE SKINCARE YOU NEED IF YOU HAVE SENSITIVE OR ACNE PRONE SKIN

If your skin is constantly breaking out or sensitive after workouts: add a hypochlorous acid spray to your routine.

I spritz this before working out, before my in flight skincare routine, or after workouts if I’m going directly home/running errands post gym.

HOW TO FIT A FULL FACE OF MAKEUP AND HAIR TOOLS INTO YOUR DAILY GYM BAG FOR THE OFFICE

I am always looking for products that will either pull double or triple duty, are travel size friendly, and take up the least space possible in my work bag. Especially since I’m usually carrying my prepped lunch for the day and a laptop.

My most trusted eye products are these travel size Laura Mercier eyeshadow sticks. They take up no space and take even less time to apply to your face perfectly. You could also use the lighter shade as a highlighter to save more space in your bag.

The ELF blush wands are my go to for blush. It alleviates large pans of powder blush (which break while commuting btw), and also take up no space.

This Ultra Violette SPF 50 has a chokehold on me. It acts as a moisturizer, primer, and SPF all in one! I’m almost out and plan to restock immediately.

This thermal brush is also a KILLER piece for your gym bag. It’s super sleek, takes up no space, and is under $20. It’s been beat to hell in my bag for a month and still going strong!

HOW TO REHAB YOUR NATURAL NAILS AFTER GEL MANICURES

I swear by these two polishes! The bond builder one helps fill in ridges and build back your nail. I like the clear pink strengthener on top for added help and so it looks like my nails are still polished.

For polished nails, I do 2 coats of the bond builder, wait 10 min, then add 2 coats of the pink one. I add another pink coat every day for 6 days. The results are insane!

This dog shampoo is not your typical pet shampoo. It smells super luxurious and exactly like your favorite Ouai hair products. It’s super gentle, even for sensitive skin and won’t cause any itching.

OBSESSED is an understatement on these Hey Dude slide on leather mules. They’re like if Clarks, Crocs, and Toms had a gorgeous baby! They’re super cozy yet look expensive and elevated.

I personally think they’re the perfect Pilates shoe. They’re easy to slide on without forcing your sticky socks in or worse, having to tie your shoes. A must for 5am workout classes and getting dressed half asleep 😂

SHINY HAIR ESSENTIALS

Everything starts with hair health obviously, so Wellbel is the foundation for that! WILDLY more effective than Nutrafol (I’ve tried both). Next is K18 leave in conditioner after every other wash.

Current products used on this hair wash include the Fenty Hair hydrating shampoo and deep conditioner, Wella damage repair spray, Tresemme Keratin heat protection spray, and Trader Joe’s leave in conditioner which is basically Ouai. A touch of K18 oil from mid shaft to roots after dry.

HOW TO HAVE THE BEST SLEEP OF YOUR LIFE

In addition to tracking my sleep, I’ve been able to get to sleep extremely quickly, not wake up in the middle of the night and overall feel much less stress stressed and more rested in the mornings.
