Here’s a look into what I drink for my pre-workout. I get 8 oz. of filtered water and mix in a scoop of @buckedup creatine and a scoop of @buckedup woke af pre-workout. I use an electric stirrer to avoid drinking chalky bits. I drink this 15 minutes before I start lifting. Happy lifting!

Biker shorts - These shorts are a perfect fit. Tight in the belly, conservative length, and a great pair to have for any type of exercise!
