My husband thinks it’s the chicken, but I know it’s the ranch and pickles! 😏 I had 10 minutes to pull together his lunch, so I whipped up a Dill Pickle Ranch Chicken Salad using rotisserie chicken, chopped dill pickles, green onions, sweet onions, and a generous spoonful of Marie’s Creamy Ranch. I served it on a buttery croissant with plantain chips on the side. He said yum about 13 times....needless to say, it was a hit. You can find Marie’s dressing in the refrigerated section where all the best flavors are. Dill Pickle Ranch Chicken Salad 2 1/2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken 3/4 cup chopped dill pickles 2 tablespoons finely chopped green onions 1/4 cup finely chopped sweet onion 1/2 cup Marie’s Creamy Ranch (adjust to taste) 1/4 tsp garlic powder 1/4 tsp onion powder 1-2 tablespoons pickle brine Salt & pepper to taste Instructions In a medium bowl, combine the shredded chicken, chopped pickles, green onions, and sweet onion. Stir in the Marie’s Creamy Ranch and pickle brine until everything is evenly coated. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, and salt/pepper to taste.
