Comment LINK and I’ll send it right over! . @Shop.LTK #liketkit https://liketk.it/5GYBB @Target @Chobani, #TargetPartner #Target #Holidayrecipes #Healthyrecipes #eatclean

Blender Gingerbread Pancakes
1 ¼ cup old-fashioned rolled oats, gluten-free
¾ cup Chobani whole milk Greek Yogurt (plain)
½ cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1 egg
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
3 tbsp protein powder
2 ½ teaspoons baking powder
½ tsp baking soda
1 tbsp powdered sugar
1 tbsp molasses
¼ teaspoon salt
Glaze
1 cup powdered sugar
1 tbsp Chobani Vanilla Greek Yogurt
1 tsp unsweetened vanilla almond milk
½ tsp vanilla extract

Instructions:
Blend it up: Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender. Blend on high until the batter is smooth and pourable, about 30–45 seconds.
Rest the batter: Let the batter sit for about 10-15 minutes to thicken slightly.
Cook the pancakes: Heat a nonstick skillet or griddle over medium heat and lightly grease with butter or coconut oil. Pour about ¼ cup of batter per pancake.
Flip & finish: Cook until bubbles form on the surface and the edges look set, about 2–3 minutes. Flip and cook another 1–2 minutes until golden and cooked through.
Make Glaze: In a small bowl, whisk together the powdered sugar, Chobani Vanilla Greek Yogurt, milk, and vanilla extract. Stir continuously until the sugar fully dissolves and the glaze becomes smooth and glossy, this may take about 30–40 seconds. If still too thick add another 1 tsp milk. Drizzle over warm pancakes and enjoy!

This week’s healthy Gatorade flavor drop: Blue Raspberry! 💙🍋

We’re skipping store-bought and making an all-natural, electrolyte-packed Blue Raspberry Gatorade that tastes shockingly close to the real thing. I’m not saying this weeks flavor is exactly like Glacier Freeze, but it’s close The tart, citrusy vibe is definitely there. And way better for you.

I start with a lemon raspberry base, then layer blue spirulina coconut water on top for that bold color…no fake dyes needed. The secret? A pinch of citric acid for that classic tang.

✨ Want to catch up on past flavors? I saved them all in a highlight!

🌿 Blue Raspberry “Nature’s Gatorade” (Serves 2)

Lemon Raspberry Layer
• 1 cup coconut water (or sub filtered water or decaf green tea)
• 1/2 cup aloe vera juice
• 1 lemon, peeled
• 1/4–1/2 tsp salt
• 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup (I like maple syrup for this flavor)
• Optional: 1/4–1/2 tsp citric acid (start small and add more as desired for a sour/tart punch)

Blue Layer
• 1 cup coconut water
• 1/2 tsp blue spirulina
• 1 tbsp honey + 1 tbsp warm water (to dissolve)

Instructions
	1.	Blend lemon raspberry layer, strain, and pour over ice.
	2.	Mix blue layer separately and float it on top with the back of a spoon.
	3.	Garnish + sip the Glacier Freeze vibes.

My husband thinks it’s the chicken, but I know it’s the ranch and pickles! 😏

I had 10 minutes to pull together his lunch, so I whipped up a Dill Pickle Ranch Chicken Salad using rotisserie chicken, chopped dill pickles, green onions, sweet onions, and a generous spoonful of Marie’s Creamy Ranch. I served it on a buttery croissant with plantain chips on the side. He said yum about 13 times....needless to say, it was a hit.

You can find Marie’s dressing in the refrigerated section where all the best flavors are.

 Dill Pickle Ranch Chicken Salad
2 1/2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
3/4 cup chopped dill pickles
2 tablespoons finely chopped green onions
1/4 cup finely chopped sweet onion
1/2 cup Marie’s Creamy Ranch (adjust to taste)
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp onion powder
1-2 tablespoons pickle brine
Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions
In a medium bowl, combine the shredded chicken, chopped pickles, green onions, and sweet onion. Stir in the Marie’s Creamy Ranch and pickle brine until everything is evenly coated. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, and salt/pepper to taste. Serve on a buttery croissant or enjoy with crackers, lettuce wraps, or straight from the bowl!

RECIPE ↓ Spicy Watermelon Freeze🍉

Recipe is below but if you want to shop my post comment SHOP and I’ll send you a link!

✨Spicy Watermelon Freeze
1.5 cups frozen watermelon
1 oz jalapeno syrup
1 oz lime juice
0.5-1 oz non-alcoholic gin or tequila (or regular if you drink)
Tajin and hot honey (for the rim)

✨Jalapeno Simple Syrup
▢1 cup water
▢1 cup honey (sub allulose or coconut sugar)
▢1-2 small jalapenos sliced

*If you want a sugar-free simple syrup, use allulose. It’s the one sugar-free sweetener that won’t crystalize in the fridge. I prefer honey for this syrup though.

✨Jalapeno Simple Syrup
HEAT: Combine the sweetener of choice, water, and jalapeños in a small saucepan. Stir until everything is combined. Warm over medium-low and heat until the sugar is completely dissolved. This process takes about 5 minutes.
DRAIN: Pour the sugar mixture through a sieve into a mason jar or jar of choice. Cover with a lid and refrigerate until cool. Throw away the jalapenos or add them to your cocktail.

✨Watermelon Freeze
BLEND: To a high-power blender, add the frozen watermelon, lime juice, non alcoholic gin or tequila, and jalapeno syrup. Blend on high for 30 seconds or until smooth. Pour in a glass that is rimmed with hot honey and Tajin. Garnish with a watermelon slice and fresh mint. Enjoy!

This Spicy Watermelon Freeze Mocktail is your new spring/summer obsession! Refreshing, naturally sweet, and with a kick of heat….it’s the ultimate mocktail/cocktail you’ll crave all season. Made with fresh watermelon, lime juice, non alcoholic or alcoholic gin/tequila, jalapeño, and a touch of honey simple syrup for that perfect sweet heat balance.

✨Perfect for✨
	•	Sober curious sips
	•	Spring parties
	•	Taco Tuesdays
	•	Porch sipping

You’ve probably tried ranch seasoning in your jar of pickles, but I highly recommend adding it to pickled okra, olives, jalapeños, pepperoncinis, relish, and roasted peppers.

You could say Ranch seasoning is my entire personality now…..I’m hooked! I’m using my healthier homemade ranch seasoning, but store bought works too.

✨Comment “RECIPE” and I’ll send you my healthier homemade ranch mix!

My favorite out of them all was the olives. It’s insanely good!

Depending on how much flavor you want, add 1-2 tbsp of ranch seasoning to each jar!

What I added ranch seasoning to:
✨Olives
✨Pickled Okra
✨Relish
✨Jalapeños
✨Pepperoncinis
✨Roasted Red Peppers

➡️Honestly, nothing in my fridge is safe from ranch seasoning at this point.

      • 3 tbsp chopped pecans or walnuts

Cover and refrigerate the chicken salad for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld

✨Prepare the Apple Slices: Wash and dry apples.Slice horizontally into 1/4-inch rounds.Use a small round cutter or piping tip to remove the core from each slice, creating rings. To prevent browning, lightly brush slices with a lemon juice and water mixture.

✨Place apple slices on a serving platter. Top each with a spoonful of chilled curry chicken salad. Garnish as desired.

Tips💡
✨Apple Variety: Choose firm apples that are sweet yet slightly tart, such as Honeycrisp or Granny Smith, to complement the curry flavors.

✨Preventing Browning: To keep apple slices looking fresh, dip them in a solution of one part lemon juice to three parts water, then pat dry.
