Ingredients: - 1 Pound Hamburger (Use 90/10 hamburger) - 4 Tablespoons Flour - 2 Cups Milk (1% milk recommended) - ½ teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce - 1 teaspoon Salt - 1 teaspoon Pepper Instructions: 1. To cook the hamburger, heat a pan over medium-high heat and brown the meat. Remember to season with salt and pepper while cooking. 2. Once the hamburger is fully cooked, drain off any excess fat. 3. Coat the browned hamburger by sprinkling flour over it and stir well. 4. Pour in the milk and stir well, scraping the bottom of the pan. The gravy will gradually thicken as it heats up. For a thinner consistency, add more milk as needed. 5. Stir in Worcestershire sauce into the gravy and taste to ensure it is correctly seasoned. 6. Serve the dish with potatoes, white bread, or country-fried steak. 7.
