Taco rice is always a hit in our house. Eat it like it is, add it into a tortilla, add corn or beans to it. Really the options are endless! I add salsa, jalapeños, sour cream and if i had onions those would be in my personal bowl. Ingredients: - 1 pound ground beef - 1 packet taco seasoning - 2 cups water - 2 cups Minute Rice, uncooked - 1 cup salsa - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese Instructions: 1. In a large skillet, brown and crumble the ground beef. Drain excess grease. 2. Add in taco seasoning and water. Stir well and allow the mixture to come to a boil. 3. Turn down the heat, then add in uncooked Minute Rice and stir. 4. Cover and cook for about 5 minutes (until rice is tender.) 5. Remove lid and stir in salsa and cheese. 6.
