When I take the time to get dressed for the day, I feel more focused, confident, and ready to take on whatever comes my way. Swapping athleisure for an intentional outfit changes my mindset—it tells my brain I’m showing up fully, not just coasting through. The way I dress truly impacts the way I feel. I was getting depressed sitting in leggings and shirts all day, every day. The day I decided to stop, I immediately noticed an increase in my mood, in checking off my to-do list, and in my happiness over all. Do I put on make up everyday? Nope. But I throw on quick, cute outfits and a couple little accessories. And that does it for me!
