Outfit details (everything is old 🙈🤣) @target dress, @sanantoniorodeo scarf from 2010 and an old Zuni squash blossom necklace. So I can’t really link anything. 😫😆 Terrible fashion influencer, I know. But you can probably recreate it all from what you already have in your closet!

When I take the time to get dressed for the day, I feel more focused, confident, and ready to take on whatever comes my way. Swapping athleisure for an intentional outfit changes my mindset—it tells my brain I’m showing up fully, not just coasting through. The way I dress truly impacts the way I feel. I was getting depressed sitting in leggings and shirts all day, every day. The day I decided to stop, I immediately noticed an increase in my mood, in checking off my to-do list, and in my happiness over all. Do I put on make up everyday? Nope. But I throw on quick, cute outfits and a couple little accessories. And that does it for me!

I said it. So over leggings. 😆 give me shorts and dresses over athleisure any day. Less constricting and more comfortable. 🙌 Sezane max shirt with an adorable denim white skirt from target!

DUMBO morning outfit. A chic take on biker shorts. Throw on a Sézane max shirt and red samba janes 🙌 grab the tripod and do the cringe dance and get the shot y’all. So worth it! 🌅🌇❤️ I got up at 5:30 and got there a little before 6. There were 4 people there. Grabbed my shot and then did a 2 mile run around the bridge. It was THE perfect morning.
