Productivity tips for the overwhelmed/distracted/exhausted (like this post for future reference) - pick a few items - a playlist, a scent, a beverage - to curate a work mode ritual. For me, its a nonfiction audiobook, a @Hotel Lobby Candle, and @Pique mint green tea. I start every workday by lighting the candle, making a cup of tea, and firing up the audiobook before I turn on my computer. This triggers my mind to get into work mode. - I couldnt get anything done without the Forest app, which basically locks me out of my phone for however long I set the timer (or else I kill a tree). Aggressive & effective. - Plan the thing you WANT to do when work is over first - put it in the calendar and write out in detail what you want to do. When you have something to look forward to, you’ll plan your day and work more efficiently. - Limit your to-do list as much as you can - 5 items is my magic number. #LTKfit
