This may be my most questionable baking decision yet… 😏 Chocolate chip pecan cookies made with Kettle & Fire tallow. Turns out, if you love tallow this is actually a very good decision. 🍪 Would you try baking with tallow? Recipe ↓ • ½ cup Kettle & Fire tallow, softened • ½ cup brown sugar • ⅓ cup cane sugar • 1 egg • ½ tsp vanilla • 1–2 tbsp cooled espresso • 1¾ cups bread flour • ½ tsp baking soda • ½ tsp sea salt • 1 cup date-sweetened milk chocolate chips • ½ cup toasted pecans 1. Cream tallow and sugars. 2. Mix in egg, vanilla, and espresso. 3. Add flour, baking soda, and salt. 4. Fold in chocolate chips and pecans. 5. Chill dough 30 minutes. 6.
