shop my dream candlestick holders 🥕

a glass carrot and a glass radish holding real taper candles. quirky enough that people laugh when they notice, pretty enough that i've left them out since july.

they work in the summer, they work right now, and they'll still work in november. i almost never say that about anything seasonal.

shop: vegetable candle holder, glass taper candle holder, carrot candlestick, radish candlestick, whimsical decor, quirky candlestick holders, shelf styling, mantel decor, cottage decor, anthropologie home finds

shop my cozy halloween decor that isn't spooky or scary 🧹

this is for you if you're going for cozy and nostalgic. the halloween town vibe. the kind where it feels like a sweet little witch lives at your house and left her broom on the front porch.

nothing that jumps out at you. just warm light, a candle going, and a house that feels a little bit magic.

shop: cozy halloween decor, vintage halloween decor, witchy home decor, not scary halloween decor, witch hat decor, light up witch hats, cauldron candle, witch broom, crystal ball, spell book, halloween village, black cat decor, halloween wreath, halloween countdown calendar, halloween town decor

shop the five things that make a house feel like fall 🍂

fall decorating doesn't mean orange everything and a bin of pumpkins. it means a few things that feel like the season without shouting about it.

deep red. dried flowers. glass that catches the afternoon light around four o'clock when it's already going gold.

you don't buy a house that looks like this in one october. you buy one good thing a year and let it pile up. that's why nothing in here matches and all of it works.

shop: cozy fall decor, fall home decor, dried flower wreath, glass bud vase, floral glass vase, block print throw blanket, fall throw pillow, burgundy table lamp, glass cloche, pumpkin dutch oven, fall candle, vintage bird prints, woven basket, new england fall home

shop my seasonal decorating schedule 🍂 most people swap decor. i stack it. the season stays and the holiday comes and goes on top of it.

labor day, september 7: the autumn trickle. a few pumpkins, warmer colors, heavier throws.
october 1: 1990s cozy halloween. magic in plain sight, like a witch left her broom there.
november 1: deeper and warmer, because thanksgiving deserves its flowers too.
january 2: everything comes down and the house exhales.

comment VIRAL TWINKLE TREE and i’ll send you the
link 🕯️✨🌲

you’re not decorating for christmas in
september. you’re ordering a tree in
september, which is a completely different
thing, and it’s the only holiday decision
with an actual deadline.

this one goes viral every fall and sells
out before halloween. three years running.

here’s why. most pre lit trees flash at
you. this one twinkles slow and random, so
the whole room goes soft and candlelit and
you feel about eight years old. it is the
easiest way i know to get real christmas
magic into a house without doing anything
else.

i have zero christmas decor out. the tree
is in a box in the basement until
thanksgiving. that’s the point.

THIS IS GIVING ME CUTE AGGRESSION It says only 7 left in stock but I will try and find some similar ones!🍄‍🟫 @kohls

growing up in new england does something to you. every season has a feeling. every month has a mood. and somewhere along the way i became the kind of person who plans her whole life around chasing those feelings.

this is how every month lives inside my head. the salt air of june. the sparklers of july. the campfire smell of august. the first crisp morning in september that makes you reach for a sweater. the magic of october. the tradition and ache of november. the jolly warmth of december. the clean quiet of january. the bow on february. the slow wait of march. the color coming back in april. the true fresh start of may.

twelve months. twelve feelings. all of them worth chasing.

If your chasing these feelings to. You are right where you need to be!

the recipe for a saturday that feels like childhood magic.
🧚🏼✨🌸🧺

flowers from the store. hands in the dirt. the fairy garden refreshed. fresh sheets on the bed after a full day outside. a shower. matching pajamas. lotion. something slow and new to learn. evan on the grill and the whole neighborhood smelling like summer. my switch. my fantasy book. windows open. asleep before i finished the chapter.

this is what i want my home and my life to feel like. not just on special occasions. on a random saturday in may.
if you’re chasing this feeling too. you’re in the right place.

the things you loved at 13 have a funny way of showing up in your 30s

I have a Harry Potter wand on my shelf. a tiny mouse in my kitchen. a Frame TV that honestly makes me feel like i’m at Hogwarts with those moving pictures every time i’m just watching my mundane shows.

None of it is an accident. and all of it makes my everyday life feel a little more magical just because it exists.
your home should make you feel something. and the things you loved before anyone had an opinion about them are a really good place to start.

Chic on the surface. magical when you’re truly in it.

okay does anyone else remember The Borrowers? because i just had a realization about myself that i genuinely was not expecting

the tiny little people living in the walls, making their whole magical world hidden in plain sight. i was absolutely obsessed as a kid.

& then i looked around my house. the little bunny on my shelf. the tiny mouse in my kitchen. my fairy garden. my little fairy pumpkin from last fall.

i have been decorating for tiny magical people my entire adult life and i only just realized this today
now i have to wonder what other movies from my childhood quietly shaped my whole design style without me even knowing.

comment “OFFICE CHAIR”for the link 🪑

my back has been STRUGGLING since going full time work from home. I kept ending up on the couch halfway through the day because my old chair was just not it and I refused to let my couch lose its cozy factor.
so I went on a mission. and I found her.

oversized, cloud-like, has a footrest, lets me sit crisscross, AND has an armrest wide enough for Tony to join me. my back is happy, I’m staying at my desk, and my couch is still a treat.

I want this necklace SO BAD!! Bobble necklace

@bestbuy @staples @officedepot @wayfair @wayfaircreators @bedbathandbeyond While this chair is beautiful, I have come to terms that it is not functional for all day sitting like I am doing now……. Currently on the hunt for a pretty and comfortable option!

Order this one….. it should be here Thursday I will report back!! Ordered a new office chair that you can sit criss cross

My washable rug in my bedroom that I love

Comment “FINDS” and I’ll send you all the links 🤍

These are the pieces I’m loving for March lately… a mix of cozy, classic, and a little bit fun.

I feel like this is exactly how I want my home to feel right now
layered, collected, and not too serious

There’s something about this mix of:
• wicker + wood
• soft florals + stripes
• vintage-inspired pieces

that just makes everything feel so warm and inviting

I’ve been slowly adding pieces like this and it really does make your home feel more “you” without a full makeover

Which one is your favorite?
