Every Sunday we make crepes! They are so simple and easy. Before we start we season our heated cooker with a swipe of butter then take a paper towel and wipe off all the butter (this is key). Here’s the recipe we quadruple: 1 cup flour 1/2 cup milk 1/2 cup water 1 tsp vanilla 1/2 tsp salt 1 egg. We top ours most days with melted butter and white sugar and roll them up.
