The kids room edit: sharing my son’s bedroom.
I always want a kids room to feel calm and never overwhelming, so we leaned into neutrals and a really simple foundation. From there, we layered in pieces that feel like him — LED lights, footballs, cozy blankets and plushies, and his gaming setup.

We also wanted to invest in furniture he could truly grow with. His bed frame is a mix of boucle and wood, which adds texture while still feeling timeless. His nightstands are actually three drawer dressers, so they offer plenty of storage without taking away from the look. The quality has been great, and I love how the neutral wood tones all work so seamlessly together.

Sharing a little peek into my living room with @rugsdirect and @lightopia_ 🤍 My new 100% wool rug and this earthy brown table lamp that instantly warmed up the space.

The rug is true wool, not a blend — which was a must for me. It’s held up incredibly well even with a potty training puppy in the house and cleans better than you’d expect, making it both beautiful and practical. A perfect example of aesthetic and functional.

The table lamp adds the prettiest soft glow in the evenings and brings in that warm brown tone I love for balance and depth in this room. Lighting really does change everything.

Sharing one of my favorite views of our open concept living area. This space really captures the balance I’m always aiming for— warm brown tones, creamy whites, and pieces that are just as functional as they are beautiful.

From using a nightstand as a side table (the storage is truly 10/10) to motorized curtains and shades that save us every evening when the sun starts pouring in —every choice was made with real life in mind.

I chose the Mocha Brown performance linen and the color is absolute perfection —especially for this season of life. Between kids and dogs, the darker tone is a lifesaver and hides everyday mess so well.

Entryway refresh! I swapped my previous art and small gold mirror for something that fits my evolving style a bit more.

We added in the prettiest stripe handwoven cotton rug to Carter’s room for add the tiniest bit of subtle color — it’s hard to pick up on camera back the stripes lean more gray/blue in person.

The stripes compliment his neutral aesthetic while still having pops of his personality throughout the room: His football collection, ramen trinket container, all the gaming accessories (part two of his new desk set up coming soon!), LED lights and all the fun throws.

These new dining room chairs add so much warmth and texture with the rushed seat and back. They completely changed the feel of the room.
