Junk drawers: we all have them. Maybe that’s not what you call yours, but I’ll bet it has a lot of the same stuff in it that mine has. Pens, pencils, rogue markers the kids didn’t put away properly, rubber bands, lighters, tape, glue, a few forgotten gift cards…sound familiar? The best way to keep your junk drawer not junky at all is to create separation of the different items. Pens and pencils don’t belong with scissors or matches. Give each category its own little labeled space so you can see exactly what’s in your drawer and exactly where it should go. For that, I love acrylic drawer organizers and my good old fashioned label maker. Lately I have really liked the look of making labels on clear tape with white letters - it gives the label a more sophisticated, customized look. I’ve linked a bunch of drawer organizer options here so make sure you measure your drawer to find the right one for you! And pro tip: if you line your drawer with a grip liner, the acrylic bins won’t slide around every time you open and close the drawer 👍🏻 junkdrawer homeorganization homeorganizing decluttering LTKFamily LTKHome LTKFindsUnder50
