I think I’m at a point where I can see a change in my body composition. Progress is so slow going, as opposed to what I see all over my feeds of women fully transforming their bodies in three months. Many thanks to PCOS and Hashi’s for that… along with my determination to heal my body the old fashioned way. 😊😂 Here’s the thing though. A few months ago I felt a full surrender. In prayer I gave it all up to God and said I want to learn what he’s trying to teach me through all this. And he’s shouted very loudly back at me… PATIENCE + SELF CONTROL. Probably my two biggest weaknesses. So when I’m in the gym, those are my mantras, those are muscles I’m learning to flex and strengthen right along with my biceps and quads and all the rest. My self control still sucksssssssss. But I’m working at it. And also, gentleness. Gentleness with my self. My body changes by the week. Heck, my body changes by the hour some days. And that’s okay. I trust in His design. And I trust in His will. 🤍

Remove polish.
File and shape.
Nail oil.
Cuticle oil.
Hand cream.
Emollient to slug 🐌 all over the nails and half’s, locking in moisture and letting it do its thing while you sleep.

Seriously. My skinnnnn. A few weeks in and I seriously feel like my skin is happier. I’ve never worn foundation, my preferred makeup routine is as minimal as possible.
