I’m always asked if I eat regular food or if I just drink juices, and the answer is YES — I do both. I actually eat whatever I want. I love home-cooked meals, veggies, fruits, and I drink lots of water. Nothing extreme, just balance and consistency. I also fast about 12 hours daily, do a water fast on Mondays, work out 5x a week, and prioritize rest just as much as movement. Juicing isn’t about restriction for me.
