Down 100+ lbs and these are the exact things that actually helped me along the way 🤍

GLP-1 is from Elliemd.com/nicolew

I tried for YEARS to lose weight with just diet and exercise… and I kept starting over.
What finally changed everything for me was focusing on simple habits, consistency, and tools that made it easier to stay on track.

This isn’t about doing everything at once — it’s about finding what works for YOU and building a routine you can actually stick to.

From protein options that don’t taste awful, to daily habits that helped with bloating, energy, and staying consistent… these are the things I kept coming back to over and over again.

If you’re on your own weight loss journey, save this for later so you have everything in one place 🤍

Blazer & Tank: Large • Jeans: 32 Long • This is exactly how I want to dress all fall — a little polished, a little oversized, and still comfortable enough for real life. The chocolate brown pinstripe blazer + white tank + wide leg cuffed jeans + sneakers is giving effortless cool girl without trying too hard.

Dress: Large • WALMART… EXCUSE ME?! I would have 100% believed this was hanging at Anthropologie. The print. The little tassel details. The flowy tiered fit. The brown + blue color combo. Throw it on with sandals for an easy everyday outfit, add boots and a jacket for fall, or dress it up for dinner. SO cute and so easy to wear.
