I told y'all that I've been struggling with low iron and ferritin so I've been taking these to help! You should pair iron with vitamin C to help it absorb better.

Also- Avoid calcium around iron.

Try not to combine iron-rich meals/supplements with:
* Milk
* Cheese
* Yogurt
* Calcium supplements

* Separate calcium and iron by ~2 hours.

ALSO, watch coffee and tea timing.

Try to avoid them:
* 1 hour before iron
* 1-2 hours after
