Are you a “I apply my eyeshadow with my finger” type of girl? ⁣ ⁣ For the longest time, I didn’t even realize how many people do this. To me, brushes are one of the things that makes makeup feel like art. I love brushes and I love cleaning my brushes (I’ll save that for another video!) ⁣ ⁣ Brushes used to intimidate me because I would think “what do I use this for?” or “I don’t think I’m using this right, someone is going to judge me.” WHAT. ⁣ ⁣ I’m a grown woman now and I could care less about a lot of things that used to worry me...like above’s nonsense. Now I use brushes how I want to, because the beauty of art is that YOU ARE THE ARTIST. You get to choose.⁣ ⁣ With that being said, it does help to have a little knowledge on what brushes to use and where but again, there aren’t really RULES.
