I’m not one to live and breathe supplements but I have found that for myself I personally loved incorporating collagen into my diet postpartum. It just has so many benefits and isn’t usually consumed enough in our modern ways of eating.

I love a good lair of leggings, especially Lululemon. But like most SAHMs I can’t stop $98 on a pair of leggings that often. I found the BEST lulu dupes so far! Maternity friendly. I’m currently rocking them at 26 weeks! 🤍🙌🏼
