We’re not skipping pool days, but we ARE protecting ourselves. That’s why we both swear by our DIY Vitamin C Spray to neutralize chlorine. Yes, you can buy a fancy one for $$$, but non-toxic moms like us? We’re out here doing our best — and making it ourselves is easier, cheaper, and just as effective. Here’s our go-to DIY recipe: 👉 2 cups filtered or distilled water 👉 2 tsp sodium ascorbate powder (we love Metagenics) 👉 Glass spray bottle Use it like this: 1️⃣ Spray all over skin and hair before swimming. Rub in and let sit a few minutes. (Apply after sunscreen.) 2️⃣ Spray after swimming. Then rinse off with fresh water! 3️⃣ Moisturize and done ✅
