I don’t remember what I wore to Nana’s memorial, I just remember hating it and feeling so uncomfortable. Not a great feeling to have after the fact. For her burial at Arlington I had more time to find something I knew Nana would love. For when that dress decision feels impossible, like finding a funeral dress in 100° weather in July, save this one. Respectful, appropriate, and modest. Checks all my boxes. Sometimes a dress isn’t just a dress.
