My daily supplements I take every morning ☀️ I am not big on a ton of processed supplemental powders etc but @tryarmra is a favorite of mine and colostrum is always something that I will take! These have helped me stay balanced hormonally and nutritionally during pregnancy and postpartum and keep my mentally stable haha.

How I’m keeping our family healthy this “sick season”. Okay hear me out…. Our six season is blamed on cooler weather. Where that may have something to do with it, it’s not the whole story. Starting in the fall, we had holidays with endless amounts of sugar and crap food, and getting less vitamin d. Maybe it isn’t the cold weather, but maybe what we’re putting in our bodies that’s causing harm! Think about it and let me know your thoughts :)
