How I’m keeping our family healthy this “sick season”. Okay hear me out…. Our six season is blamed on cooler weather. Where that may have something to do with it, it’s not the whole story. Starting in the fall, we had holidays with endless amounts of sugar and crap food, and getting less vitamin d. Maybe it isn’t the cold weather, but maybe what we’re putting in our bodies that’s causing harm!
