this week’s micro habit? getting dressed. like, actually putting on something other than sweats and a tee 🤪 even though we were down baddd with sickness this week, I triiiiieddd to get out of living in the same outfit 24/7 lol.

there’s legit science behind this too—getting ready in the morning can help boost your mood, increase productivity, and signal your brain it’s time to start the day. wild how just changing your outfit can do that!!!
