dusted off my old vanity mirror and turned it into this aged brass looking masterpiece using only @rustoleumca spray paint and @amacobrent rub n buff!

this vintage @ikeacanada mirror is super heavy and really felt like good quality, but the colour just wasn’t working for where I envisioned it! I tried thrifting and even looking in stores but the price tags were STEEEEP and defs didn’t compare in quality! so I figured I could do this simple DIY and transform this old mirror into an aged brass mirror on a budget!!! defs anthropologie inspired ✨✨✨

✧ pregnancy book: I read a lot of books during my first pregnancy, but none deserves a mention more than nurture by @ericachidi. written by a birth and postpartum doula, this book truly lives up to its title of being a modern guide to pregnancy, birth, early motherhood and trusting yourself and your body! I actually heard about this book through @kalynnicholson13! I love that it also includes diy remedies, recipes, meditations, journal prompts — you name it! 🤎

✧ raspberry leaf tea: as we’re approaching my due date, I’ll definitely be making my daily @tradmedicinals tea! red raspberry leaf tea helps reduce nausea, aids in labour & delivery, strengthens & tones your uterus and reduces the risk of postpartum hemorrhage! pro tip: if you’re not a fan of the taste, simply add in some lemon or honey!
