One of the reasons we decided to homeschool this year was the ability to savor mornings together without the chaos of rushing out the door. Last week we started our Bible time together after breakfast, followed by quiet reading while I get Lucia down for a nap. Both kids finish breakfast yelling BIBLE! And piling on the couch. (I linked the Bible we love!) I am amazed, but not surprised, by the way it sets the mood for our day.
