Because I’m hosting for Christmas Eve + Christmas Day and this house needs a true reset.
This is my 5-step cleaning routine when I don’t want it to just look clean — I need it to feel clean. I always start by decluttering so everything has a home, then I get laundry and linens going (fresh sheets, guest towels, cozy throws = non-negotiable). After that, I deep clean all the high-traffic areas — kitchen, bathrooms, floors — before resetting the air with vacuuming, mopping, open windows, and my diffuser running.
