Your foot pain may be coming from your calf! 🤯 ⬇️ Did you know the fascia on the bottom of your foot is inter-continuous with the fascia of your calf? So what this means is if your calf is extra tight it can cause increased tension in your foot! The best way I have found to release the calf is with the @gochirp RPM massager. It’s like a foam roller and massage gun all in one! It does the work for you and gets deeper than a regular foam roller does, helping to get you results even faster! 🤗🤗 But! Once we have released your calf we don’t want to just stop there… …we need to fix the reason the calf got tight in the first place!
