Your foot pain may be coming from your calf! 🤯 ⬇️ Did you know the fascia on the bottom of your foot is inter-continuous with the fascia of your calf? So what this means is if your calf is extra tight it can cause increased tension in your foot! The best way I have found to release the calf is with the @gochirp RPM massager. It’s like a foam roller and massage gun all in one! It does the work for you and gets deeper than a regular foam roller does, helping to get you results even faster! 🤗🤗 But! Once we have released your calf we don’t want to just stop there… …we need to fix the reason the calf got tight in the first place! (Aka get to the root cause) Oftentimes, calf overuse comes from underuse of your hamstrings of glutes.
