Your low back pain may actually be due to tightness in your inner thigh! 🤔🤯 Low back pain towards one side can often come from a muscle called your Quadratus Lumborum (QL), which attaches to the top of your pelvic bone. Your inner thigh (adductor muscle) attaches to the bottom of that same bone. So if your inner thigh is too tight, too weak, working overtime OR working inefficiently it can affect the position of your pelvis ultimately causing dysfunction and pain in your QL! One simple thing I have found to relieve tightness in the inner thigh and ultimately decrease tension in your QL is foam rolling. But remember, everyone’s body is different so some people may need to increase strength in their adductor as well. If you’d like to learn ways to improve the strength of your adductor comment below and I’ll create another reel to help! And if you want the same @gochirp foam roller I use, I’ve got a link for you below ⬇️ If you give this a try, let me know how it goes! Disclaimer: this is not official medical advice. LTKActive
