Recipe Below👇🏾 Smoked Brisket Queso 🧀

- Set @traegergrills to 250
- Cut 1/2 block of pepper jack, 1/2 block cheddar and put in pan
- Put 16 oz block of @velveeta cheddar in pan
- Add 1 1/2 blocks @phillycreamchs
- Add 2 cans @roteltomatoes
- Add 1 can diced green chiles
- Add 1/2 cup @wholefoods heavy cream
- Add favorite bbq rub
- Add as much or as little chopped brisket
- Put on traeger
- Cook for 2 hours mixing at 30 min increments
- After everything is melted enjoy!

Lemon Garlic Lamb Chops
- remove excess fat off lamb rack to your liking
- Slice in between each bone to make your chops and put into a big bowl
- Add all of your ingredients and let marinate for at least 2-3 hours
- Set @traegergrills or grill to high heat
- Sear on each side for about 2 minutes or until your preferred doneness
- Enjoy 🤙🏾

Ingredients:
- 1 rack lamb
- 3 TBS @getgraza olive oil
- @redmondrealsalt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 3 TBS minced garlic
- 1 TBS rosemary (chopped)
- 3 TBS lemon juice (fresh is best)

Texas Twinkies for the Super Bowl 🏈🐮

- Set @traegergrills to 275*
- Chop up left over brisket to fine shreds
- Use half a block of @phillycreamchs cream cheese
- Shred cheddar cheese to your desire
- Mix all together
- Cut open jalapeño and scoop out seeds
- Fill the jalapeño with brisket and cheese mixture
- Cover the jalapeño with the piece you cut from earlier and wrap in bacon
- Season with your favorite rub
- Put on traeger for 1 hour
- Half way through put on traeger glaze
- Cook for an additional 20-30 mins or until bacon is cooked and jalapeño is cooked to your liking!
- Take em off and let em cool so you don't burn your mouth like me!
- Enjoy 🤙🏾
