As soon as I found out I was pregnant, I knew I wanted to remain active and continue working out.

Im 36 years old now, and with my last pregnancies I was 19, 22 & 24. It’s a whole new ballgame this time and with my previous pregnancies, I never worked out.

I was just young, active and naturally tiny 😂

Over the last 5 years, I gained 60lbs navigating some pretty dark times and very intentionally lost 30lbs through lifestyle changes, moderate exercise and daily supplements.

I didn’t realize how EXHAUSTED I would be already in this pregnancy. I have almost no energy and I’m napping more than ever.

Im hoping to remain as active as possible throughout this pregnancy but I know alot of it is out of my control. I’ve been too nauseous most days to even leave the couch.

Im going to give myself lots of grace
and do everything I can to take care of my body that is doing something really hard right now - growing new life. 🥹
