This square muffin tins are the key to my kids' favorite breakfast. The recipe is so quick and easy!

Ingredients:
5 eggs
1 cup flour
1 cup milk
pinch of salt

Directions:
-mix all ingredients together preferably in a blender
- fill muffin tins 1/2-3/4 of the way full (should fill 12 muffins)
-Bake at 415 degrees for 10-12 minutes or until poofed and lightly browned
-serve with butter, powder sugar, syrup, or other toppings.
