I’ve had this for almost 1 month now and I absolutely LOVE my sauna blanket by the HigherDose!

After almost 2 years of wanting this, I’m so happy I finally invested in one. I look forward to these sessions from the comfort of my bedroom, with dimmed lighting and the sound of rain playing on my Hatch. I basically take a nap for 45-50 minutes; it’s so relaxing and I feel amazing afterwards!

Really excited to finally give these a try after over a year of hearing nothing but positive things about them!

I’m definitely well stocked up on these Clean Skin Towels for the remainder of the year, which is amazing! I mainly plan to use these on days where I have makeup to remove. I hate getting foundation on my white towels because they have can leave stains that don’t come out. :(

I LOVE to use the balm by Elemis as a first step and rub that all over my face to breakdown makeup, oil, and sweat. I have a few resusable cloths I wet with warm water to take the balm off my face with. Then I use a gentle facial cleanser to actually clean my face. It will be after that step that I’ll go in with these towels to pat dry!

These are 10% multi-use, so I may also use them to remove the Elemis balm off of my face with, if I happen to run out of any of my clean reusable cloths!

I don’t foresee myself hating these, but I’ll still come back with a future post/review to let you know my final thoughts! Leave any questions for me in the comments! :)

My Review:

It took me well over a year before I finally invested in a walking pad for my desk. Not because I didn’t want one, but rather because there are SO many options out there that it’s overwhelming to know which choice to make. I wanted to ensure that I’d make a choice I wouldn’t regret.

I’ve had my treadmill since December 2023 and it’s a purchase I do not regret at all. I knew I wanted something that wasn’t crazy high price-wise, but also looked sleek and cute while left out. I needed something entirely black and I wanted it to be pretty to look at. lol

For storage, I simply tuck it underneath my bed. There are wheels hidden at the front that help me to easily push and pull it so I can put it away easily.

It comes with a cute little remote so I can turn it on/off and adjust the speed!

My monitor riser is also wonderful! Again, I wanted something sleek and all black to match. I love that I can expand it however high or low I need it to be. I already have a great desk and didn’t want to buy an entirely new desk just to have a standing one for walking pad use. Getting this riser was the perfect solution and it also fits under my bed! 🙌🏽

My first pair of UGGs ever and I’m in love with the fit and feel! Very comfortable and the platform height is super cute!

These are in the color chestnut. They also come in black and mustard seed but are also selling out fast in tons of retailers, so I have multiple places I trust linked below for you!

I’m hoping I can snag the Tazz UGGs next year before they sell out again. 😅

I’m able to leave this out on my kitchen counter and it looks beautiful rather than a sore sight. It functions as I need it to. I can drink straight from the container if I want to. It comes with a couple of different lid options that make it easy for carrying on the go. I’ve definitely taken this out and about with me before! Zero issues with blending so far. Easy to clean. I just truly can’t complain! 🤩👌🏽

My daily Oral Care lineup! 🦷🪥

1. Oil Pulling for 15-20 minutes with Organic Unrefined Virgin Coconut Oil (that may sound like a long time but it honestly goes by fast because I habit stack and multitask while doing it!)
2. Brushing
3. Flossing
4. Tongue Scraping (which also helps with gut health! 👏🏽)
5. Gargling with Mouth Wash

My routine used to simply consist of just brushing. I would occasionally floss and use mouth wash, but I was so inconsistent with them. I literally did the bare minimum.

But when I tell you that creating and utilizing this oral care routine has been life changing….it has been LIFE CHANGING.

I 100% noticed a difference immediately after completing all steps on the first day. Immediately! My mouth/breath feels so much cleaner and refreshed and it lasts all day long. I will never go back.
