Tag a friend who needs to finally try this & don’t forget to save this post for later 💾 My sourdough recipe: 🍞120g starter 🍞320g RO water 🍞500g bread flour Sprinkle in some Celtic sea salt I personally hand mix/kneed for a solid 5-8 min (I set a timer!) and then I start my 45min rise. Then 3 sets of stretch and folds 30 min apart. I let it bulk ferment (rise) on counter covered for 7-8 hours then I dump it out and shape it!
