End of an era passing down our crib🥹

Sourdough isn’t scary—it’s actually easier than you think 🥖✨ My @empavaappliances oven makes every loaf taste bakery-level good 🙌 The key is to use the convection oven button so the air flows best!

My sourdough recipe:
🍞120g starter
🍞320g RO water
🍞500g bread flour
Sprinkle in some Celtic sea salt

I personally hand mix/kneed for a solid 5-8 min (I set a timer!) and then I start my 45min rise. Then 3 sets of stretch and folds 30 min apart. I let it bulk ferment (rise) on counter covered for 7-8 hours then I dump it out and shape it! I then put it in the fridge over night and bake in AM 🤍 DM with questions —trust me, if I can bake sourdough you can too!
