Turns out “getting healthy” in your 30s looks a lot less like a wellness retreat and a lot more like carrying around lemon water, aggressively stretching your upper back, and suddenly caring deeply about digestion. 😜 But honestly? I’ve never felt more committed to caring for myself from the inside out.
