Beer-battered fish & chips with @crazymountain 🍻

Ingredients

3 cod fillets

For the batter:
3/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup Crazy Mountain Non-Alcoholic Beer
1 egg, beaten

For the coating:
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1 1/2 tbsp cornstarch
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp paprika
1 tsp kosher salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
Pinch of cayenne

Cooking spray

Directions
1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F.
2. Whisk together the batter ingredients until smooth.
3. In a separate bowl, combine the coating ingredients.
4. Dip each cod fillet in the batter, then coat in the dry mixture.
5. Place in a greased air fryer basket and spray generously with olive oil.
6. Air fry for 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway and spraying again, until crispy and golden.
7. Serve with lemon wedges, french fries, and tartar sauce.
