A cozy day in my tiny home. #DolePartner One-pan dinners are always a win around here. 🍍This Hawaiian Chicken Sheet Pan Dinner is an easy weeknight meal packed with sweet, savory and tropical flavors.I used Dole Tropical Gold Pineapple Chunks, which are conveniently cut and packed in pineapple juice instead of heavy syrup. They add just the right amount of sweetness without any extra prep.### Hawaiian Chicken Sheet Pan Dinner 🍍**Ingredients:**• 1½–2 lbs chicken thighs• 1 red onion, sliced• 1 red bell pepper, chopped• 1 yellow bell pepper, chopped• 1 cup Dole Tropical Gold Pineapple Chunks• ¼ cup soy sauce• ¼ cup honey• ¼ cup barbecue sauce• 1 tsp garlic powder• 1 tsp onion powder• 1 tsp paprika• 1 tsp ground ginger• Salt & pepper, to taste**Directions:**1. Preheat oven to 400°F.2. Whisk together the soy sauce, honey and barbecue sauce.3. Add the chicken thighs, onion and bell peppers to a large sheet pan. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, ginger, salt and pepper. Pour the sauce over everything and toss to coat.4. Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.5. Remove from the oven and gently stir in the Dole Tropical Gold Pineapple Chunks. Return to the oven for another 8–10 minutes.6. I picked up Texas Chili Company Queso at Walmart and used it to turn crispy fries and seasoned taco meat into the ultimate loaded nacho fries.Texas Chili Company has been making chili in Texas since 1952, and their refrigerated products make it easy to add that comforting, homemade flavor without a lot of fuss.### Loaded Nacho Fries 🍟**For the fries:**• Unseasoned frozen fries• Olive oil• Salt• Black pepper• Onion powder• CuminToss the frozen fries with a little olive oil and the seasonings. Bake according to the package directions until golden and crispy, flipping halfway through.**For the meat:**• Ground turkey or ground beef• 1 onion, chopped• 1 green bell pepper, chopped• 1 packet taco seasoning• About ½ cup waterBrown the meat with the onion and bell pepper. Add the taco seasoning and water, then simmer until cooked through and well combined.**For the queso:**Prepare the Texas Chili Company Queso according to the package directions.**To assemble:**Layer the crispy fries, seasoned meat and warm queso, then add diced tomatoes, green onions, jalapeños, sour cream and guacamole.That’s it!
