I’ve never looked or felt better at 37 years old!

Here’s all my tips and tricks! I have prioritized my health, my skin care routine and self-care. This neck, cream, collagen eye masks, tinted under eye brightener, lip mask, glass skin face mask, red light therapy mask and more have been a game changer for me! I also refuse to be uncomfortable now so these are my fav undergarments! And I can’t live without my no front seam leggings🙌.

I tried on barrel jeans for the first time and I actually really like these! They aren’t too dramatic and are really flattering on my petite frame.

These denim shorts for target or the perfect fit! They’re not frumpy, but they’re not too short to run around and chase your kids. I think the little slit on the side is so flattering on the leg and it makes it more comfortable.

I have really worked in my hair routine to get it healthy enough to take out my extensions. I still can’t believe this is my hair!

I apply the rosemary oil and caster oil to my scalp in various areas and really massage it in. The I spray my hair with water and apply the hair mask. I add this foil shower cap to help amplify the oils and mask. Then I heat up my regular shower cap in the towel warmer because heat helps it even more! I try to leave this on for at least 30 mins to 1 hour. Then i double shampoo and condition in the shower. This process has been amazing for my hair growth and making my hair stronger
