I had a baby 13 months ago, and this time around it’s felt so much easier to find me again. With my first, I was in a total haze—some days were so dark I honestly wasn’t sure if another baby was even in the cards. But God always knows the plan long before we do, and I’m so thankful for the one He had for me.

〰️ two piece set in olive - OMG if you buy one thing, let it be this set, ok?? it’s sold as separates and so soft. feels so chic. so elevated. so run and get it. 🏃

〰️ gauze button down - another win. feels very beach - fall in the Hamptons - sit on the beach with a glass of wine. huge win in my book. Absolutely love.

〰️ green and white stripe cardigan - LOVE this as a layering piece! especially love thrown over the shoulders. rule of 3!!

〰️ denim button down - I’ve been on the hunt for a denim button down for awhile and this one has everything I’m looking for. It’s a thicker material (not chambray) and feels like great quality. I think it may be sold out but I’ve linked similar.

our front porch is a sacred space for us - it’s the host of many after dinner conversations and where we sit to enjoy popsicles on a hot summer day. it’s where my kids take their sopping wet clothes off after playing in the sprinkler with daddy. it’s where muddy shoes and boots come off after a fun day in the yard. where Eddie’s nap mat hangs to dry every sunday afternoon. it’s where I’ve spent many afternoons, laying on the porch swing, enjoying the breeze and watching the Spanish moss blow in the wind. where good byes take about twenty minutes and end with a hug around the neck and waving family away from the top step.

I can’t quite explain it, but there’s something magical about a southern front porch 〰️ if you haven’t experienced it first hand, you just can’t understand it. so replanting it always feels like the beginning of a season of new memories for me. 🌱

2. Ballet flats - YALL. If you buy one thing this week, let it be these shoes. They are so so so good. I wore them yesterday and I just adore them! I took my true size (7.5) and absolutely love them. Going to buy another color!

finally was able to get over to @symmetrymicroblading in myrtle beach to get my brows touched up! Olga is so good! a few questions I’ve seen -

- who did them? @symmetrymicroblading

- did it hurt? No! She numbs the brow so no pain!

- how long does it last? I got mine done 2 years ago and just got them touched up. they were faded and it’s different for everyone.

- how many times have you gone? The first time I went twice, one initial visit, one touch up at six weeks! It’s been two years since my initial visit.

3. Amazon Halloween toys - these little bendable toys are great options for class party Halloween “treats!” I love giving a puzzle or small toy rather than candy because the last thing I want more of in my house is candy!! **all the moms say AMEN** I plan on adding a little ribbon around the neck with a gift tag and done! 🎃
