✨ Homemade sourdough pizza night! 🍕 This spinach + goat cheese pizza is giving cozy night in vibes 💚

Who else thinks sourdough makes everything taste magical? 🥹💭

it all starts with the dreamiest sourdough crust. Here’s the recipe so you can bake it too:

🥖 Sourdough Pizza Dough
• 4 cups bread flour (or all-purpose)
• 1 ⅓ cups + 1 tbsp water
• ½ cup active sourdough starter (fed + bubbly)
• 2 tsp salt
• 1 tbsp olive oil (optional)

Steps:
1. Mix flour + water, rest 30 min.
2. Add starter + salt (and oil), knead until smooth.
3. Bulk rise 4–6 hrs at room temp, stretch & fold a few times.
4. Cold ferment 12–48 hrs in fridge.
5. Bring to room temp, shape into 2 balls, rest 30 min.
6. Top + bake at 475–500°F for 8–12 min.
