There is nothing better any day, but especially on a cold winters day, than pasta and meatballs 🍝 and it’s the one meal that no one in my house ever complains about.

I never measure any of the ingredients. I think sauce and meatballs are a personal thing - everyone makes them just a little differently.

I’ve tried making meatballs so many ways (pan fried, poached and baked) and I’ve decided baking is my favorite. You get a bit of the crunch from pan frying but none of the grease (or mess). After baking for about 45 minutes, they finish in the sauce so they stay super moist.
