Here is what I do when it comes to transitioning out of swaddle! A gentle transition usually works best:

💤Start with one arm out for 2–3 days during naps, then move to night for 2-3 nights, then both arms out. If baby is already rolling skip right to both arms out!

💤Switch to a regular sleeveless sleep sack so baby still has that cozy “wearable blanket” feeling

💤Keep the rest of the bedtime routine exactly the same!!! Feeding, sound machine, dark room, etc

💤Expect a few rougher days/nights awhile baby adjusts to having their arms free. The startle reflex can make sleep choppier at first.

I linked a few of my favorite swaddle in transition sacks and regularly cozy sleep sacks! 🔗Comment LINK for what you see above plus my baby item collection with all the goods we love! 🤍 can’t link the Jacky arm jacket so here’s the link https://go.shopmy.us/p-90453742

Love @VETCHY swimsuits! They even have a mini collection to match mom!
Wearing size large fits perfect, I have them in a small and medium and I do say they fit tighter so for my postpartum body a large is perfect and gives me so much confidence!

No I don’t spend the witching hour in a dark room anymore…I use to though but now 4 kids under 7 that’s simply not possible!!!

On this day my oldest who’s 6 is at gymnastics so I’m with my other 2 and baby. So that means I gotta get crafty and on this day we decided to do a nature bracelet walk after dinner!!! Then had more time to kill so it ended in a fun sensory light up bath!

One thing I learned about with multiple kids is you have to switch things up! We do fun things together to fill in time but I also still incorporate independent play at times so I’m about to get a few SMALL tasks done!

Love doing this setup from time to time for them! ✨

#LTKBaby #LTKKids

Now they all need one! The possibilities are endless! You can use their fillers or create your own! The Jar auto lights up when water goes in it ✨

I’ve been doing this trick since 2020! Breastfed baby blowouts are no joke!

☀️Immediately get the outfit wet, get off as much of the poop as you can, lay it out in the sun for 24hrs and BOOM! The stain is gone! Natural stain removal from the sun ☀️

➡️Also if baby has on a bodysuit/onesie that doesn’t zip down, pull the onesie down to feet instead of taking it off over baby’s head to avoid poop getting on their face 🤮

Side not this diaper rash cream spray is AMAZING!!! Love the size for my diaper bag!

WEARING A SIZE LARGE in this set! Definitely could have done medium but got it freshly postpartum and wanted it super oversized

The best hair glitter made from a local mama! ✨many color combinations to choose from!!

They have that pretty chalky look to them! A nice anthro/PB vibe!! Linked some things I love from Amazon for Halloween/fall.

Breast milk on the go setup I’ve been loving!! No cooler bags needed! I use two chillers depending what I’m using it for, my smaller one for the exact milk I’m taking out and my bigger one if I was ever to pump out on the go!
Then this new milk warmer has been amazing! Fast and so easy to use!
