I shared about our red light protocol for the baby recently and wanted to post it here too! The littlest caught a really bad cold at the end of the holiday and this was how we supported her immune system. 1️⃣ 15 minute bath with eucalyptus salts. 2️⃣ 5 minutes under the red lights. 3️⃣ Honey for her cough 4️⃣ A humidifier in the bedroom. 5️⃣ The next morning, we did a magnesium bath to help keep her calm and rest throughout the day. She ran a really high fever one night so I slept with her skin to skin to help regulate her body temp. I absolutely believe there is a place for modern medicine but we were able to make it through without. Also, this isn’t medical advice, just learning as we go!
