**Cookie Dough Stuffed Dates recipe from Healthy Little Vittles**

1 Medjool dates, whole
1/4 cup Maple syrup
1/4 cup Peanut butter
1 1/2 cups Almond flour
1/4 cup Dark chocolate chips, gluten-free vegan
1/4 tsp Salt
1 tsp Vanilla extract, pure

Slice open and remove the pits from your dates (if you didn’t purchase pitted dates). In a medium bowl, stir together all cookie dough ingredients until a dough forms. Spoon the cookie dough generously into the dates. Place in the fridge to set up for about 10 minutes and then transfer to a covered dish and keep in the fridge until ready to serve.
