Pumpkin season is here and I have this Collagen and Adaptogen Pumpkin Spice Latte Smoothie on heavy rotation! I’ve been making it almost daily after my workouts and it’s such a refreshing late morning or afternoon pick me up.
An absolute must for me when I’m creating a smoothie recipe is that it be easy and quick to make!
