✨BOURSIN CHEESE APPETIZER✨

You guys know I am all about easy when it comes to food. Well, this no-prep, takes less than five minutes, totally delicious appetizer fits the bill! Made this for a holiday gathering, and it was absolutely devoured! Highly recommended!!

This dish is from my local Target Bullseye section, so check your local store!

Recipe:
-use number of Boursin cheeses in order to line bottom of your dish — I used two here and found it to be the perfect amount! If you’re using an 8x8 or similar I would use 3-4
-apply layer of fig jam (or I might try pepper jelly next time!)—this is to your liking.
-add chopped pistachios
-top with hot honey

I served at room temp, but you could bake at 350 for 10-15 minutes for a creamier dip!

Another find from the spring launch of the Hearth & Hand collection at Target! This is a utensil holder but could also be used as a vase! I love the color, shape, and glossy texture of this. I have been wanting to change my utensil holder for awhile now but have been holding out on a piece that felt right. This is perfect!

Another find from the spring launch of the Hearth & Hand collection at Target! This pot is so pretty with the texture and I love that it has the faux dirt. The branches and leaves are very realistic looking! It’s 28” so not very tall, but provides lots of styling options. I plan to put this in my powder room!

Grabbed a few new finds from the spring Hearth & Hand collection at Target. These are perfect and very realistic! I have the larger stems of these from a few seasons ago and they are some of my favorites for spring. This is such a great size for styling in smaller spaces since it’s only 9” and doesn’t take up much space. I plan to use these on my nightstand!

✨let’s clean Christmas up✨

It’s always a sad day when we take the holiday decor down (our trees are still up at least for another day), but I like to have my house set and refreshed for the new year. I spent the last couple of days taking down all the Christmas decor, wiping down surfaces, and washing all the bedding. I would never rush anyone to take their decor down, and sometimes I leave it up until New Year’s, but after sitting on my butt for 4 days soaking up all the Christmas fun, I was ready to do something and start the year with a clean slate. 🤷🏻‍♀️ Just know, there is no right or wrong way to do it, and you don’t have to judge what anyone else does. 🫶🏻

✨CHRISTMAS ICE CUBES✨

Here’s an easy, last minute recipe you can make for a little extra holiday cheer! I make these fun ice cubes for Christmas (and holiday parties) every year. They are great even if they aren’t in Christmas tree form!

To make:
-Add orange slice, cranberries, and/or rosemary
-pour cranberry or pomegranate juice (I used a premixed option) until 3/4 full
-freeze for at least 2 hours
-place in a glass and pour Prosecco over the top

Voilà! A fun, festive way to serve drinks for the holidays! 🎄Let me know if you try it!

Not my typical choice, but I can imagine color drenching and some awesome moulding like I did here 😍 This is the color Rockwood Dark Red by @sherwinwilliams and I loooove! What do you think?! Would you do it or too bold? I try to remind myself—it’s just paint!

This rug is also so gorgeous and complements the color so well! This room leans a little more traditional with the dark wood and shape of the desk and I personally am a fan. I could get used to working it here…dare I say even excited? 😉

I made these pomegranate margaritas and they were yummy! I wasn’t sure about the coconut milk, but it was surprisingly refreshing! I used a premixed pomegranate/cranberry juice, so if you use regular pomegranate juice it will be a bit more pink!

RECIPE
• 2 oz tequila
• 1 oz orange liqueur
• 1 oz lime juice
• 1.5 oz pomegranate juice
• 1 oz coconut milk

Add ice to shaker and shake. Then pour over ice! You can either use salt or sugar for the rim—I used salt here!

✨MISTLETOE KISS COCKTAIL✨

I have made this festive holiday cocktail several times and it’s so good! The rosemary simple syrup is 🤌🏻🤌🏻 It’s very light and refreshing!The ornaments aren’t necessary, but I think it adds the perfect touch and is the perfect serving size! 🫶🏻 See bulk recipe below 👇🏻

INGREDIENTS
•30 oz vodka
•5 oz fresh lemon juice
•10 oz Rosemary simple syrup
•1 liter club soda
•Rosemary sprigs for garnish

DIRECTIONS
•Add 1 1/2 cups water and 1 1/2 cups sugar to a pot and bring to a boil. Stir occasionally. Boil for 5 minutes and remove from heat. Add 3 Rosemary sprigs to pot and let cool for 15 minutes. Remove Rosemary sprigs.
•Pour vodka, lemon juice, and simple syrup into a pitcher. Stir to combine.
•Transfer to clear ornaments using a funnel. Add 5-6 cranberries or pomegranate seeds to bottom of each cup. Add ornament and Rosemary sprig for garnish.
•When ready to serve add ice to cup. Pour in drink and top with club soda.
