It’s a hard reset 🔌 Ladies Over 40 - Don’t underestimate how a walk can switch up your mood and entire day. I didn’t believe it until I tried it. Let me tell at 49 - it works 👊🏾.

I notice I begin to gain some clarity within the first 10 minutes of my walks. It really kicks in after 30 minutes. 45 minutes later - feeling clear and ready to take on whatever comes next 💪🏾
